Maintain a welcoming, professional, visible presence at the front desk; engage with guests, ensuring they are always treated in a cordial, respectful manner representing the Company's brand image.Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols. After training the hourly rate remains the same and incentive eligibility begins. This position is eligible to earn bi-weekly and monthly incentives, as well as quarterly written sales bonus. Incentive rates range from 0.25% to 30% depending on products sold and written sales volume.
