Sales Coordinator

Role Description Prospecting, developing, and maintaining customer relationships in an assigned geographic region. Maintain and build relationships with customers via telephone, IM, social media, and personal communications. Represent Bolt Express in a manner which is consistent with our Mission statement. Sales Coordinator is responsible for all activities to drive growth. Create and manage leads, contacts, and accounts within the CRM system for accuracy and follow up in customer account management. Work closely with other departments including all operations teams as it pertains to potential customers, requests for quotes, or customer needs. As training progresses, occasional travel may be required to meet with customers. Attend networking and/or trade shows to prospect new business leads and build relationships with customers. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to support daily sales activities and logistics workflows. Experience in Sales and Customer Service, with a focus on building and maintaining long-term customer relationships. Strong Communication skills, including professional phone, email, and written communication. An appreciation for the importance of providing exceptional customer service. Professional attitude and demeanor Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software (e.g., Excel, Word, email platforms); logistics or TMS experience is a plus. High attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and strong problem‑solving skills. Previous experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain environments preferred but not required. High school diploma or equivalent required; post‑secondary education in business, logistics, or a related field is an advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
