MAT Nurse - Northeast

As a MOUD/MAT Nurse, you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals with opioid use disorders through every stage of treatment and recovery. Position Summary As a MOUD/MAT Nurse, you'll provide skilled nursing care and medication‑assisted treatment services to patients with opioid use disorders. Working closely with an interdisciplinary treatment team, you will: Administer and monitor MOUD medications, including observed dosing, injections, and oral formulations Assess and monitor patients throughout the induction, stabilization, and maintenance phases of treatment Collaborate with providers, behavioral health staff, pharmacies, and treatment team members to coordinate patient care Respond to sick calls, provide patient education, conduct medication monitoring, and support continuity of care Serve as a patient advocate while promoting a non‑judgmental, recovery‑focused approach to treatment Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory, and confidentiality requirements Your role goes beyond nursing care.
