• Number of Beds -14 LDRPs and 2 ORs


• Number of Staff - 60


• Type of staff:


• Day Shift - 1 charge RN, 2-3 LD RNs and 2-3 PP RNs


• Night Shift - 1 charge RN, 2-3 LD RNs and 2-3 PP RNs


• Patient Ratios - 1:1 to 1:2 max for LD and 3:1 for PP per AWHONN guidelines


• Type of equipment - Beacon


• EMR - Meditech /CPN

Typical hiring profile



Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.


• Minimum of 1-year current acute care hospital L&D RN experience


• BLS, ACLS, NRP and EFM - C or AWHONN



Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.


• Prior Meditech experience


• Postpartum experience is highly preferred
