This is a direct hire opportunity offering excellent benefits with no employee contribution after 60 days of employment (effective the 1st of the following month). Benefits Include:

- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment in accordance with company procedures.
- Review the Operator Display Board daily for work instructions and quality alerts.
- Perform production duties, including trimming flash, sorting, and light sub-assembly work.
- Apply internal and external labels accurately per specifications.
- Ensure compliance with all OSHA and company safety standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement and team problem-solving activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- 2-3 years of plastic processing experience required
- Proven experience as a Mold Setter in an injection molding environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and hydraulic prints
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance record
- Ability to lift/push/carry up to 20 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Hi-Lo (Forklift) License required
