Production Technician II - (3:00pm - 11:00pm)

Baxter seeks a Production Technician II for injection molding operations on a 3pm–11pm shift in Cleveland, Mississippi. The role involves setting up and optimizing molding equipment, leading changeovers, troubleshooting production issues, and driving continuous improvement while maintaining GMP compliance and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Set up molds to specifications, torque bolts, and configure robots and auxiliary equipment
- Operate molding machines within validated parameters and target cycle times
- Lead mold changeovers and support operators with troubleshooting and process optimization
- Monitor production output, report downtime and scrap, and communicate shift performance to supervisors
- Drive 6S, LEAN, safety, and GMP initiatives; conduct audits to maintain compliance
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 3–5 years injection molding experience preferred
- Mechanical proficiency and computer skills
- Knowledge of lockout/tagout procedures
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently
- Physical capability to stand, walk, squat, climb, and reach throughout shift
- RJG Systematic 1 Molding Certification a plus
Compensation: $36,800–$46,000 base annually
