About the Position

# Job Opportunity – Perioperative Registered Nurse (OR RN) – Texas**Start Date:** September 28, 2026 **Location:** Texas **Compensation:** Details provided to qualified applicants **Schedule:** 8-hour or 10-hour shifts available, Monday–Friday; call coverage rotation includes approximately 5 shifts per rotation consisting of 1 weekend and evening weekday coverage**Highlights:**- Work in a modern 4-operating room surgical suite with state-of-the-art equipment including daVinci Xi robotic system, Hologic Trident, Stryker laparoscopic towers, Hana table, and Olympus Cystoscopy Tower- Diverse case mix including orthopedic surgery (total joints, revisions, fractures), general surgery (robotic, laparoscopic, and open), colorectal surgery (robotic), urological surgery, and gynecological surgery (robotic and laparoscopic)- 1:1 patient ratio ensuring focused, quality patient care- Collaborative team environment with 5–6 nurses per shift supported by a Clinical Nurse Coordinator- EMR system: Meditech- Flexible scheduling options based on department needs (5) 8-hour shifts or (4) 10-hour shifts, Monday–Friday**Requirements:**- Active RN license in Texas- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required- Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification required- Prior operating room/perioperative nursing experience- Meditech experience preferred- Previous HCA experience preferred**Why It's a Great Opportunity:**This position offers an excellent opportunity to work with cutting-edge surgical technology in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
