Litigation Associate (San Diego - Remote) (San Diego)

Our client, a high-profile litigation firm, seeks a 3+ year litigator to join their team. This fully remote role prefers candidates in San Diego for once-monthly in-person meetings. Handle fire litigation & social media cases , working closely with public entities like county and city counsel.

What You'll Do:

• Manage cases from start to settlement.
• Draft dispositive motions in complex litigation matters.
• Attend depositions, assess damages, and support senior associates.
• Interface with public entities and lead discussions.
• Travel 30-45 days/year as needed for client and trial matters.

What You Need:

• 3+ years of litigation experience, ideally plaintiff-side.
• Strong case management skills and autonomy.
• Excellent advocacy and communication skills.
• Public entity experience a plus.
• Salary: $125K-$175K + substantial bonuses annually based on merit and firm performance.
