We're looking for an experienced, motivated, and dependable tech to join our team at Lundgren Dodge/Ram, specializing Dodge/Ram/Chrysler and Jeep products. We have an opening for a technician, we will consider a range of skill levels. whether you are an A tech or someone who is new to the business, we have a spot for you. We are interested in techs at all skill levels, We are currently offering a sign on bonus of up to $2500 for the most qualified applicants. We are a family focused business with a tenured staff, we pride ourselves in doing business the right way. We foster a collaborative environment, our shops work with a team approach, creating a more relaxed atmosphere.

What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of hands-on automotive or truck repair experience (ASE certifications a plus!)
- Diagnostic skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Vermont inspectors license.
- Computer proficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on domestic and import vehicles.
- Be reliable.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
- Communicate findings to service advisors and customers.
- Document work performed clearly.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Keep up with the latest repair technology and techniques.
- Supply tools needed for your skillset.
- be willing to submit to a criminal background check.
- Competitive hourly wage or flat-rate pay with a guaranty (based on experience).
