Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individuals relevant knowledge skills and experience. • Exhibits a friendly helpful and courteous manner when dealing with customers of fellow team members.
• Any and all duties as assigned by your supervisor or a member of management .
• Must be able to stand for a full shift.
• Displays a thorough knowledge of all menu selections and daily specials.
• Answers questions and make suggestions.
• Performs all assigned cleaning and general maintenance tasks.
• Reports issues and/or guest complaints to leader.
• Serves as an ambassador for all Food and Beverage outlets
• Enthusiastically supports actively promotes and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.
• Ensures customer service standards are followed by all team members and addresses issues as they arise. Reports issues to Management.
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to Management.
• Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.

To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability required. • High School diploma or equivalent; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and food handling cashier and/or attendant experience preferred. Prior knowledge of proper food holding temperatures and the ability to identify temperature danger zones and understanding the proper use of cleaning chemicals preferred but not required.
• Must have ability to work weekends nights and holidays as scheduled.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Must have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Ability to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
• Ability to effectively present proper phone etiquette.
• Must have the ability to interact with guests staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers clients customers and the general public.
