Microsoft D365 Crm Configuration And Administration Lead

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Microsoft D365 Crm Configuration And Administration Lead to oversee the development, configuration, testing, and maintenance of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Crm solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Crm systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and must be hands on.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, configuration, and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Crm solutions, including plug-ins, pipelines, workflows, entities, forms, and views.
• Implement/manage modern web services using service-oriented architecture, restful APIs, and soap.
• Create business units
• Oversee the execution of unit tests and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure the Crm system is aligned with business processes and objectives.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Understand the latest Crm technologies and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Crm configuration and administration.
• Strong understanding of Crm systems and their integration with other business applications.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing web services (restful APIs, soap).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus.
