Pay Rate: $48-$51.26/hour Job Type: Full-Time Contract Overview: We are seeking a Registered Nurse for the Med-Surg/Telemetry. The RN will provide direct patient care across Med-Surg and telemetry units, ensuring safe, high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced hospital environment. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in Med-Surg and Telemetry settings. Monitor cardiac rhythms and interpret telemetry data. Administer medications and implement physician orders. Assess, plan, and evaluate patient care needs. Document all care accurately in Cerner EMR. Respond to changes in patient condition and escalate as needed. Float between units and facilities as required. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
