Salary: $79,040 - 99,840 per year Requirements:

• We look for 3 to 5 years of experience in software development, application development, or a closely related technical discipline.

• We build and maintain web applications, user interfaces, backend services, workflow applications, and automation solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• We develop and support software with technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Python, SQL, HTML, CSS, Node.js, and related development tools.
• We create and maintain APIs, system integrations, secure data access layers, and application components that connect internal systems, third-party applications, databases, and business platforms.
• We write clean, maintainable, secure, and well-documented code aligned with established development standards and best practices.
• We participate in application architecture, data model design, code reviews, release planning, and technical design discussions.
• We design and refine AI-enabled business workflows, including process steps, business rules, user interactions, approval flows, data validation, and exception handling.
• We develop and support MCP servers, AI-connected tools, and application services that provide secure access to approved business data, services, and actions.
• We collaborate with business teams, analysts, IT staff, and other developers to gather requirements, improve processes, and deliver practical software solutions.
• We troubleshoot software defects, performance issues, integration failures, data issues, and workflow errors, then identify root causes and implement fixes.
• We participate in testing activities such as unit testing, system testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing, and validation of enhancements and corrections.
• We develop and maintain event-driven application logic, automation routines, scheduled jobs, reports, and scripted processes in business or industrial software environments.
• We create and maintain technical documentation, support materials, change notes, release notes, and internal knowledge resources for the solutions we build.
• We monitor application performance, reliability, security, and usability, and recommend improvements where needed.
• We provide application support by investigating user issues, resolving routine and escalated problems, and coordinating with vendors or other IT staff when necessary.

We are seeking a Software Developer to help us design, build, test, deploy, and support business applications and internal software tools across the enterprise. In this role, we partner closely with business stakeholders, IT leadership, and technical teammates to deliver reliable solutions that improve operational efficiency and support AI-enabled business workflows. This is an in-person position with regular onsite attendance Monday through Friday, and the role includes eligibility for a rotating on-call schedule. We offer a pay range of $38.00 to $48.00 per hour, along with benefits including 401(k), dental insurance, flexible spending account, health insurance, and vision insurance.
