The successful candidate will be responsible for strengthening recruitment efforts and building scalable talent infrastructure. This role involves owning the full recruiting lifecycle for various open positions, optimizing HR processes, and designing new programs for university and early‑career hiring. The VP will also serve as a strategic HR partner, driving HR system strategy, and ensuring the smooth adoption of new HR processes.
