We are currently hiring an experienced Accounts Receivable Associate for an onsite contract opportunity in Dunmore, Pennsylvania .

Position Details:

• Job Title: Accounts Receivable Associate

• Location: Dunmore, PA 18512

• Pay Rate: $21.05/hr on W2 (all inclusive)

• Contract Duration: 3 Months

• Work Schedule: Monday Friday

• Hours: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM

• Work Arrangement: Fully Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.

• Review and resolve payment discrepancies and problem checks.

• Verify and correct payment documentation.

• Prepare and process bank deposits according to company procedures.

• Contact shippers regarding checks that cannot be processed.

• Process incoming mail and financial documents.

• Perform accurate data entry and maintain records.

• Prepare and process accounting-related forms and documents.

• Follow accounting procedures and internal controls.

• Support additional Accounts Receivable and administrative activities as needed.

Required Skills:

• Previous experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounting, or Cash Application .

• Strong account reconciliation and payment processing experience.

• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong data entry and documentation skills.

• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
