Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3 years of equivalent experience
• Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar field preferred
• 0-3 years of required work experience
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) skills required
• Self-starter/ highly motivated team player

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the operation and maintenance of the plant's equipment
• Monitor reliability based systems including preventative maintenance systems
• Participate in the creation of preventative maintenance routines (PMRs)
• Analysis and elimination of repetitive problems through root cause analysis
• Support and guide sustainable improvements in Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF)
