This is a flexible, part-time opportunity for a Pediatric Dentist to provide in-office surgical care alongside a Dental Anesthesiologist. This role is ideal for providers who want focused surgical case days with anesthesia support in a predictable, collaborative environment. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive surgical care for pediatric patients on in-office surgery days in partnership with a Dental Anesthesiologist. Provide restorative and surgical treatment for pediatric patients under sedation. Collaborate with the Dental Anesthesiologist to ensure safe, efficient case flow. Partner with office teams to ensure compliant, patient-centered care. Collaborate with Dental Anesthesiologists on sedation cases. Equipment and Resources DentaPro software. Digital x-ray and Panorex units. Fiber‑optic handpieces. Qualifications DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental program. Completion of a CODA-accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency. Active dental license in the state of practice (or eligibility). Yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training. Compensation Guaranteed daily rate or percentage of collections.
