Sunstates Security is currently hiring Ful-Time and Part-Time Security Officers in the Marshall, MI area. These positions offer a pay rate of $19.00/hr - paid weekly .


Responsibilities:

• Conducting patrols.
• Monitoring access points.
• Responding to emergencies and security incidents.
• Documenting all incidents.
• Enforce policies and procedures.
• Assist with conflict resolution and de-escalation when needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all people, facilities, and assets.

Requirements:

• Must have availability to work all days and shifts (including weekends and holidays).
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Security, military, and/or law enforcement experience is preferred.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be able to conduct foot patrols.
• Strong report writing and documentation skills.
• Must have reliable transportation.

A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer must read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.

High School diploma or equivalent
