What You’ll Do as a Sales Consultant
Welcome every customer with enthusiasm and authenticity
Understand needs and match them to the right Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram model
Deliver standout test drive experiences that showcase features with clarity and confidence
Provide transparent presentations of finance, lease, and purchase options
Close deals with professionalism and integrity while exceeding expectations
Maintain CRM records, follow up with leads, and keep in touch with past clients
Stay up to date on model lineups, promotions, and competitive insights
What We’re Looking For
Must-have: sales experience
Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
Driven, organized, and goal-oriented—with a focus on results
A valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Requirements
Minimum 3years of sales experience (required)
- History of success in sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Compensation
$50,000 - $100,000+
- Salary + Bonus and Commission
- Total Compensation is contingent upon several factors including years of experience, performance, etc.
