State Licensed Senior Claims Specialist, a full-time remote position responsible for managing Cyber claims, including investigation, evaluation, and resolution, while supporting underwriting efforts and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Evaluate, reserve, and manage Cyber claims to resolution, including litigation oversight Communicate coverage positions and develop strategies with insureds, brokers, and stakeholders Document claim files thoroughly and implement best practices for claim handling and litigation defense Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required; Juris Doctorate helpful Minimum of three years of end-to-end Cyber claims handling experience required Required state claims adjuster licenses or ability to obtain within 90 days of hiring Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
