Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Onsite | Weekday shifts: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM and 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Weekend shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (every other weekend)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide facility-wide nursing supervision and oversight during assigned shifts
• Serve as the administrative and clinical resource for nursing staff across all units
• Coordinate patient placement, bed management, and staffing adjustments as needed
• Respond to and manage clinical emergencies, escalating issues appropriately
• Collaborate with department leaders and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
• Monitor and support compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards throughout the facility

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• ICU clinical background or equivalent critical care experience
• Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience in an acute care setting
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across departments simultaneously

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a house supervisor or administrative nursing leadership role
• Familiarity with bed management systems and staffing coordination tools
• BLS and ACLS certifications
