About the Role
Our Front of House Team Members are the face of the club — checking members in, answering questions, running programs, and keeping the energy high. Perfect for friendly, dependable people who love community and great customer service.
Responsibilities
- Handle the check-in process at the front desk and answer incoming calls.
- Explain all membership offerings and ways to play at The Picklr.
- Run all core programs at the club.
- Use club software (PlayByPoint, Aircall, HubSpot, Wingfield, SWISH, etc.).
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with club cleaning and maintenance.
- Complete assigned trainings on time.
Qualifications
- Able to clearly explain memberships and programming and communicate well with the team.
- Can organize, create, and run program calendars and schedules.
- Handles multiple tasks and stays composed during busy shifts.
- Proficient with basic computer and club software; able to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Preferred: 1–2 years sales/customer-service experience and pickleball knowledge.
- Full availability on at least two of the three weekend days (Fri–Sun).
Required Certifications
First Aid, AED, and CPR certification.
