Builds a first impression for the guests by providing punctual, courteous and efficient handling of requests, including check-in and checkout, cashier registers, and answering calls.

Pay Range: $18 per hour

- Greet customers in a friendly and sincere manner
- Checking guests in and out in a professional manner
- Complete the registration process working with a computer system
- Count money accurately and handle cash, cards, checks, and vouchers, vigilantly
- Provide concierge services
- Transmit and receive messages using a telephone
- Provide satisfactory overall customer service
- Be of assistance to the Bellperson/Shuttle Driver
- Respond to guest inquiries and in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
- Provide or obtain accurate information
- Other duties as assigned by management
- Basic computer skills
- Experience in a customer service-oriented role
- Availability for flexible scheduling
- Communicate in the English language
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Must be able to push/pull up to 100 pounds occasionally
- Must be able to stand and exert well-placed mobility for up to 8 hours
- Must be able to kneel, squat, bend, stoop, and twist to perform job duties
- Adequately communicate with guests, management, and co-workers
