Licensed Marriage And Family Therapist (Lmft)Location: Louisiana Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000/year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PMSummaryWe're seeking a Louisiana-licensed LMFT to provide virtual therapy services and help clients work through real-life concerns with practical, clinical support. You'll manage a consistent caseload, deliver therapy sessions, and keep documentation current so care stays organized and clinically sound.ResponsibilitiesProvide psychotherapy sessions via telehealth on a set weekday scheduleComplete intakes/assessments and develop individualized treatment plansMaintain consistent progress notes and clinical documentation in the EHRUse appropriate therapeutic techniques to support client goals and symptom reductionIdentify risk concerns and follow required protocols and reporting guidelinesMaintain licensure requirements and uphold ethics and confidentiality standards
