The Role As a Customer Service Specialist , you'll be one of the first voices our customers hear when they reach out to Rowell's Services. You'll play an important role in creating a positive first impression, helping customers get the services they need, and keeping our daily operations running smoothly. From answering incoming calls and scheduling appointments to helping resolve customer concerns, you'll work closely with our dispatchers, technicians, and office team to deliver the exceptional service our customers have come to expect. What You'll Do Answer incoming customer calls with a friendly, confident, and professional attitude. Help customers schedule service appointments and answer questions about our services. Listen to customer needs, gather important information, and ensure service requests are accurately documented. Communicate with dispatchers, technicians, and other team members to keep everyone informed. Assist customers with appointment changes, scheduling questions, and service concerns. Maintain accurate customer information and service details within company systems. Manage multiple calls, tasks, and priorities while staying organized and focused. Think ahead, anticipate customer needs, and help find solutions before small problems become big ones. Contribute to a positive, upbeat, and supportive team environment. Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus! Experience with Service Titan or Dialpad is preferred, but not required. We're happy to train the right person! Schedule & Availability Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available. Flexible in-office and remote scheduling based on business needs. Weekend availability may be required.
