Responsibilities Assist physical therapists in conducting physical therapy treatments and evaluations Implement treatment plans developed by physical therapists to help residents achieve specific goals and improve their overall functional ability Monitor and document resident progress, reporting any changes or concerns to physical therapists Educate residents, families, and caregivers on physical therapy techniques and exercises to support continued rehabilitation and wellness Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care Requirements Associate's degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Studies Certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA-CE) in the state of Missouri Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassion and empathy for seniors and their families If you are a motivated and compassionate individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional care, we encourage you to apply for this per diem (PTA) Physical Therapist Assistant position. #J-18808-Ljbffr
