Restaurant General Manager

We are seeking a General Manager for an award-winning upscale steakhouse within a premier luxury hotel in the heart of downtown Nashville . General Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead all daily restaurant operations while ensuring exceptional service and dining experiences.
• Drive financial performance through effective labor management, inventory control, and cost optimization.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop a high-performing front-of-house team.
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, sanitation, safety, and overall restaurant presentation.
• Partner with culinary leadership to achieve operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and profitability.
• Partner with other departments to ensure success.

General Manager Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of restaurant management experience in a fine dining or upscale steakhouse environment. 
• Strong preference for a current restaurant general manager. 
• Proven leadership experience managing high-volume restaurant operations.
• Strong financial management skills, including labor, food and beverage cost controls, and P&L accountability.
• ServSafe Manager Certification (or ability to obtain).
• Excellent communication, coaching, and team development skills.

General Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
