Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Must live in Michigan. Training is in person at our Dearborn Heights office. After training, this role may become hybrid/remote for the right person. We are looking for a motivated, people-oriented sales representative to help us grow a successful State Farm agency. This is a commission-role with flexible in-office/remote work after training. The right person can build meaningful income by helping households with auto/home/life insurance. This is best suited for someone who wants performance-based income rather than hourly pay. Previous successful sales reps in this agency have built strong income through consistent quoting, follow-up, referrals, and relationship-based selling, as well as went on to open their own agencies.
