Job ID: 26-20878Location: Atlanta, GAContact: David FernandezContact Email: View email address on click.appcast.io Phone: 7328257543Company: MindlanceDescription:Business Initiative/Purpose: (Goal, Business Impact, Accomplishments from the work)Work on design artifacts to achieve wholesale digital experience & business goals.Bachelor Degree: (Required, Preferred or Not Required)Preferred.Role Responsibilities: (what they will be doing)Lead design activities within cross-functional teams to document new and existing styles/patterns for the One View web product, wholesale design system, and content guidelines.Analyze current-state designs and collaborate with UX, UI and content to identify gaps and define new an existing components, patterns and standards.Design and deliver artifacts for documentation site and the transition of Figma files to a new look and feel.Strong knowledge of design standards, industry guidelines, and best practices with the ability to push beyond to uncover new and distinctive solutions.Consult and collaborate with talented teams in a supportive, complex environment and develop an understanding of broader organizational context and goals.Use storytelling and persuasion techniques that build trust with partners and establish long-term relationships.Stay current on trends, theories, methods and processes.Must Have Skills/Prior Experiences: (Vendor should not submit any candidate that does not have these skills/prior experience.)Bachelor's degree in related field (or equivalent work experience)4+ years of experience in the field (may include equivalent education)Excellent ability to communicate ideas and rationales to influence decision-makingStrong understanding and application of industry and discipline standardsExcellent time and issue management skillsExperience creating artifacts and executing ideasStrong ability to give and accept critique, coaching, and feedbackProficiency in applicable software applicationsEnglish language fluency.Plus/Nice to Have Skills/Prior Experiences:(Hiring Manager DOES NOT require these skills/ prior experience. However candidates with any of these will be looked at first.)Experience creating and maintaining design system documentation or style guides, including component usage guidelines, pattern definitions, and visual standards.Familiarity with documentation platforms such as Figma Sites, Zeroheight, or similar tools to publish and maintain living design system guidance for cross-functional teams.Ability to structure complex design information into clear, consumable documentation for designers, developers, and product partners.Understanding of how design system documentation supports scalability, consistency, and governance across multiple product teams.
