Job Title: Financial Analyst Location: San Diego, CA – Onsite Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Hourly Pay Range and Other Compensation: $36.00–$41.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Job Summary: Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring for a temp-to-hire Financial Analyst opportunity with a healthcare organization in San Diego. This role will support financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and operational analysis across multiple locations. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, advanced in Excel, and comfortable working with large datasets to identify trends and provide actionable insights.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Create, maintain, and analyze financial and operational reports.Assist with annual budgets, forecasting, and financial planning.Analyze trends, variances, and performance across multiple locations.Compile and analyze accounts receivable and collections data.Manipulate large datasets and prepare ad hoc reporting for leadership.Identify operational challenges and provide data-driven recommendations.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.2+ years of financial analysis or related experience; 4–5 years preferred.Advanced Excel skills required.Experience with SQL and Tableau/Power BI preferred.Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.Healthcare experience preferred, but not required.Epic experience is a plus.Must be able to work onsite in San Diego five days per week.This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship.
