2nd Shift Dairy QA Lab Technician

Saputo Cheese USA Inc.

Saputo, Inc. is seeking a Laboratory Technician for the 2nd shift in Franklin, WI. The role supports a new 340,000 sq ft conversion facility and focuses on monitoring production areas, sampling, and analyzing dairy products against specifications.

You will document results, report deviations, CAPA, maintain QC records, calibrate equipment, and assist with audits and recalls. The position requires an associate degree in Food or Dairy Science and comfort working in a noisy, temperature-variable
