Kelly® is hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician for a local municipal organization in Murphy, TX.

• Pay: $23/hour
• Shift: 1st

What you’ll do:

• Perform basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and routine maintenance on HVAC systems (under supervision)
• Help manage and maintain municipal buildings and systems
• Do monthly checks and maintenance on HVAC and generator systems
• Make small repairs on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Move and set up office furniture and equipment
• Prep and paint surfaces
• Respond to maintenance requests and monitor contractors
• Follow all safety and department procedures

You’re a great fit if you:

• Know about municipal buildings, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry (required)
• Can prioritize work, meet deadlines, and work well with others (required)
• Are okay working in tight spaces and at heights up to 50 feet (required)
• Have basic computer skills (preferred)
• Can follow directions and handle physical work (required)
• Are a team player with a positive attitude (required)
• Have experience in building maintenance (preferred)
