Key Responsibilities Project Accounting & Job Costing
Set up new projects in the accounting system, maintaining accurate job cost codes and budget structures. Track, review, and allocate project expenses, labor, and materials against budget allowances. Prepare project cost-to-complete analyses, WIP (Work in Progress) reports, and variance reports monthly. Conduct monthly financial review meetings with Project Managers to analyze job profitability.
