Senior RecruiterWeatherford has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team in Houston.The Senior Recruiter is an integral member of the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (TA-COE) within the Global Human Resources function and is responsible for delivering experienced talent across engineering, operations, manufacturing, technical, corporate, and support functions.As a trusted talent advisor, this role partners closely with hiring managers, business leaders, HR Business Partners, and Centers of Excellence to develop and execute recruitment strategies that support operational priorities and strategic workforce plans. The Senior Recruiter serves as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition, providing market intelligence, assessment expertise, and consultative guidance to secure top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.Working in partnership with a dedicated Sourcing Recruiter, the Senior Recruiter leads the hiring process from intake through offer acceptance, ensuring alignment between business needs, candidate quality, and hiring outcomes.Location: St. James Place Office, Houston, TXWork Arrangement: On-site, Monday through FridayReports to: Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, Western HemisphereResponsibilities:Serve as a strategic talent acquisition partner to hiring managers, business leaders, and HR Business Partners, developing a deep understanding of organizational structures, workforce plans, business priorities, and role requirements.Lead full-cycle recruitment for experienced-hire positions, including intake consultations, applicant review, candidate screening, interviewing, assessment, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.Facilitate hiring strategy discussions with business leaders to define role requirements, establish selection criteria, and align recruitment plans with workforce needs.Partner closely with the assigned Sourcing Recruiter to translate business requirements into targeted talent search strategies and candidate pipelines.Manage and drive the interview and selection process, ensuring timely movement of candidates through the hiring lifecycle while maintaining a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments to evaluate capability, experience, motivation, and alignment with role requirements and organizational culture.Act as a trusted advisor by providing labor market intelligence, competitive insights, and recommendations that improve hiring outcomes and workforce planning decisions.Guide hiring managers through interview best practices, candidate evaluation, selection decisions, and offer development.Partner with global and Geozone HR teams, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition leadership, and other HR Centers of Excellence to align recruitment activities with broader people strategies.Champion fair, equitable, and competitive compensation practices in partnership with HR and Total Rewards.Promote Weatherford's employer brand through consistent, professional candidate engagement and relationship management.Maintain accurate recruiting activity, candidate data, and reporting within Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and other Talent Acquisition systems.Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance recruitment processes, hiring effectiveness, candidate experience, and stakeholder satisfaction.Qualifications & Experience Required:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition or recruiting experience.5+ years of experience in a Senior Recruiter or equivalent role supporting corporate, technical, engineering, operations, manufacturing, and leadership hiring.Proven success managing full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, and leadership positions.Strong expertise in candidate assessment, interview methodology, selection, negotiation, and offer management.Demonstrated ability to influence hiring decisions and provide consultative guidance to business leaders and hiring managers.Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of candidate care and service delivery.Qualifications & Experience Preferred:Experience recruiting within the oilfield services, energy, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.Experience using Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) or a comparable enterprise applicant tracking system.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Experience supporting recruitment activities across multiple business functions and geographic regions.Key Competencies:Strategic Talent AcquisitionStakeholder ManagementWorkforce PlanningCandidate Assessment & SelectionConsultative InfluencingTalent Market IntelligenceInterview ExcellenceNegotiation & Offer ManagementRecruiting AnalyticsCandidate Experience ExcellenceBusiness PartnershipContinuous ImprovementAbout Us:Weatherford is a leading global energy services company.
