Housekeeping Supervisor Job description: Join our team as a leader in the long-term care industry. We’re seeking a skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor who shares our commitment to creating and maintaining a welcoming, efficient, and safe environment for both residents and staff. Key Responsibilities Train, supervise, and support housekeeping staff on daily cleaning and maintenance tasks. Conduct regular inspections of rooms, common areas, stairways, and lounges to ensure cleanliness and safety standards. Manage scheduling for housekeeping shifts, ensuring adequate coverage. Address resident and family requests and concerns promptly and professionally. Monitor and maintain stock of cleaning supplies (floor cleaners, bleach, gloves, etc.).
