Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Our client, one of the world's largest investment companies, is actively looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their Talent Management team in Charlotte, NC! This role is onsite hybrid 3 days a week so local candidates are required. ***This is a 6 month contract with the opportunity for extension*** Responsibilities Consult with Talent Management, HR Tech, Global Security, BAN, and others to ensure a smooth and streamlined process for assigned workstream while fostering a partnership with Recruiting Team and other team members Manage the coordination and facilitation of all recruiting and onboarding activities (processing I9s, new hire paperwork, etc.) Master recruiting, hiring events, & onboarding coordinator responsibilities Manage complex recruiting transactions and logistics through planning and consultation Identify opportunities to improve process and partners closely with HR partners Mentor and coach other crew members Participate in special projects or performs other duties as assigned Required Skills & Experience Undergraduate degree required or equivalent experience Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Coordinator, or HR Coordinator role Experience processing I9s and administering background checks and new hire paperwork HR professional certifications strongly preferred Demonstrated organizational, time management and problem-solving skills Strong written and oral communication skills Attentive to details and deadlines; ability to manage multiple initiatives under pressure while using strategic thinking and problem-solving skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
