Your future role at a glance Location: Round Rock, TX Facility: Seton Williamson Department/Specialty: Student Nurse Intern Schedule: PRN How you'll make an impact in this role Provide direct, high-quality nursing care and assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) under the supervision of a Registered Nurse preceptor, ensuring strict adherence to healthcare protocols. Assess and track patient vital signs, status, and clinical responses, accurately documenting and reporting critical observations to the healthcare team. Assist preceptors in developing and updating patient care plans by promptly reporting diagnostic test results and key clinical observations. Optimize unit efficiency by managing patient preparations, coordinating safe transport for diagnostic services, and performing essential environmental and assigned support tasks. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Education: High school diploma/GED required. Must be accepted or enrolled into a Nursing program upon date of hire/transfer and begin classes within 90 days of date of hire/transfer required.
