Peoplesoft Campus Solutions Analyst (Higher Education) *HIRING ASAP*

Position OverviewOur client, a well-established School of Nursing affiliated with a leading healthcare organization, is seeking a Higher Education Operations & Campus Solutions Consultant to assess, optimize, and modernize academic operations. This individual will evaluate current business processes, organizational workflows, and administrative functions while providing strategic recommendations for future-state operations.The ideal candidate brings a blend of higher education administration expertise, operational transformation experience, and hands-on PeopleSoft Campus Solutions administration knowledge. This role will partner closely with academic leadership and technology stakeholders to identify process improvements, reduce manual effort, and establish sustainable operational practices as the institution progresses through a broader Workday transformation.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct a comprehensive assessment of current academic and administrative operations within the School of Nursing.Evaluate existing business processes, organizational structure, workflow efficiencies, and governance practices.Identify opportunities to streamline manual processes and improve operational effectiveness.Develop recommendations for future-state operating models and best practices.Create and implement operational playbooks, standards, and process documentation.Partner with academic leadership, administrative teams, and technology stakeholders to drive organizational improvements.Analyze current PeopleSoft Campus Solutions configurations, workflows, and customizations.Provide guidance on Campus Solutions administration and process optimization.Assess integrations and opportunities for automation between academic systems and partner institutions.Support planning and readiness activities associated with the organization's Workday transformation initiative.Facilitate stakeholder workshops, process reviews, and executive-level recommendations.Required Qualifications7+ years of experience in Higher Education administration, operations, consulting, or academic affairs.Hands-on experience supporting or administering PeopleSoft Campus Solutions.Strong understanding of student lifecycle processes, including registration, enrollment, student services, academic administration, and related functions.Experience conducting operational assessments, business process reviews, and organizational evaluations.Proven ability to develop future-state processes, governance models, and operating procedures.Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and organizational change efforts.Preferred QualificationsExperience working within a School of Nursing, Medical School, or other academic healthcare environment.Experience with Workday Student and/or Workday implementation programs.Background in registrar operations, student services, academic affairs, or institutional administration.Consulting experience within higher education environments.Experience developing process improvement roadmaps and operational transformation strategies.What Success Looks LikeEstablish a clear assessment of current-state operations and organizational effectiveness.Deliver actionable recommendations for process improvements and operational efficiency.Reduce dependency on manual workflows through process redesign and system optimization.Create a documented operational playbook and governance framework.Position the School of Nursing for long-term success throughout its Workday transformation journey.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Washington D.C., DC.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $83.33 - $83.33/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
