PRN Registered Dietitian

Claxton Dietetic Solutions, LLC is seeking a Registered Dietitian to provide clinical nutrition services in a rehab hospital setting. This is a PRN position with flexible hours based on facility needs and coverage. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and follow-up evaluations Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans Identify and monitor patients at nutritional risk Provide nutrition education and counseling as appropriate Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other members of the interdisciplinary team Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Onsite visits Qualifications Registered Dietitian credential (CDR) required Active state licensure or certification, as applicable Tennessee and Georgia licensure preferred Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and organizational skills Previous hospital or clinical nutrition experience preferred, but not required Pre-Employment Requirements Criminal background check TB screening Drug screening Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience, licensure, role scope, and location Continuing education opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
