Human Resources Coordinator

PGS Worldwide is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator in Archbald, Pennsylvania for an approximately one-year onsite contract-to-hire role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company. This position will provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team, including new-hire orientation, training records, requisition tracking, employee data, reporting, and HR systems support.

Required Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of prior Human Resources experience.
• Hands-on experience actively using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience supporting HR administrative and operational processes.
• Experience interacting professionally with employees at all levels of an organization.
• Experience maintaining manual and electronic employee or HR records.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and data-entry skills.
• Ability to work full-time onsite on a 4/10 schedule.
• Ability to report to work before 7:00 AM on Mondays when new-employee orientation is scheduled.

Preferred Skills

• Human Resources experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment.
• Experience using SAP SuccessFactors.
• Formal education in Human Resources or a related field.

What You'll Do

• Support new-employee orientation and onboarding activities.
• Maintain and update employee training records.
• Support requisition tracking and status reporting.
• Maintain accurate manual and electronic HR records.
• Collect, compile, and organize sensitive employee and HR data.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other HR documentation.
• Perform HR data entry and system updates.
• Support employee events, activities, and other HR initiatives.
• Assist employees and HR team members with administrative requests.
• Use HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems to support daily HR operations.
• Provide additional administrative support to the HR department as needed.

Work Schedule / Shift

• Full-time onsite in Archbald, Pennsylvania.
• 4/10 schedule, Monday through Thursday.
• Must be onsite before 7:00 AM on Mondays when new-employee orientation is scheduled.
• Start and end times on other days may have some flexibility.

Pay

• $26.92 per hour.
