Schedule Monday‑Friday, 2:30pm – 11:00pm (2nd Shift) Responsibilities Weld outlets onto steel pipe to serve the fire sprinkler industry Perform specialty welding tasks, including spooling pieces, flanges, etc. Inspect work for defects, dimensions, alignment, end preparations, and seam splits in pipe Maintain a clean and safe welding station while conforming to standards of quality and performance Report all equipment malfunctions, safety issues, and required repairs Qualifications 1 to 3 years of welding experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload appropriately to balance multiple demands and meet timelines Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices Attention to detail, demonstrated integrity, and professionalism Desire to learn new things Ability to thrive in an inclusive environment Compensation Pay Range: $20.89 – $31.33 per hour (Estimated). This role is bonus or incentive plan eligible. Starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
