Construction (Litigation) Associate - Los Angeles, CA

Position Overview Clark Hill PLC is seeking an attorney with 3‑5 years of litigation experience for its Construction Business Unit in Los Angeles, CA. Familiarity with construction litigation is preferred but not required. Responsibilities Trial preparation and courtroom experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience; strong advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills. Successful candidates must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a willingness to learn new areas of law. Qualifications Strong academic record from an ABA‑accredited law school. Currently licensed to practice law in California. Minimum of 3‑5 years of litigation experience. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $160,000 – $175,000 annually; eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.
