Must have had meaningful responsibility for employment-related counseling, transactional drafting, and litigation matters (single plaintiff and collective/class actions), including issues involving hiring and separation, wage and hour, EEO, non-compete and trade secrets, employment policies, agreements and handbook reviews, due diligence for corporate transactions, employee accommodations and leave issues, investigations, and other employment law issues. #J-18808-Ljbffr SR Staffing
