Newmark Roofing & Restoration is hiring full-time Roofing Sales Representatives in Dallas–Fort Worth.

We’re looking for dependable, motivated people who want to learn sales, help homeowners, and build a career with a growing company. Previous roofing experience is helpful but not required—we provide training and coaching.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Generate leads through door-to-door outreach in assigned neighborhoods.
• Talk with homeowners about roofing and storm restoration services.
• Schedule property inspections and help document damage.
• Present proposals, follow up with customers, and secure signed contracts.
• Keep leads and project updates organized in our CRM.
• Attend morning training in Garland and apply what you learn in the field.

• Strong follow-through, honesty, and a dependable work ethic.
• A smartphone for managing leads and communicating with customers.

COMPENSATION
This is a commission-only position with no base salary. Representatives earn 50% of project profit under the written commission agreement. Earnings depend on sales performance; profit calculations and payment timing are explained in the agreement.
