People Experience Advisory Specialist

Role Overview As a People Experience (PX) Advisory Specialist, you will deliver high-quality PX support to enable managers and employees to perform at their best. You will provide guidance across a wide range of employee-related matters, contributing to continuous improvements that shape a modern and efficient PX experience. What You Will Do Provide advice and services to managers and employees across the Talent Journey, handle PX cases end-to-end, and drive initiatives to strengthen self-service and user experience.
