We are currently looking for a compassionate, organized, and team-oriented individual to fill the role of Occupational Therapist (OT) position for the SF & Peninsula area. Where great OTs come to do their best work.

We are hiring Occupational Therapists for Peninsula teams. You will be assigned to one dedicated territory San Mateo County so you can build familiarity with your patients and your area without being stretched across both.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $125,000 $150,000 per year (based on experience)
• Performance Bonus: Up to 25% of base salary tied to quality metrics and clinical outcomes
• Total Earning Potential: $156,250 $187,500 per year

Your Role

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services focused on ADLs, adaptive equipment, and functional independence
• Develop, implement, and manage individualized plans of care based on physician orders
• Report changes in patient condition and collaborate with physicians, case managers, and the Director of Nursing
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical records using AI-supported documentation tools

Requirements

• Current, active California Occupational Therapist license (required)
• Minimum of 1 year of home health experience strongly preferred
• Valid California driver's license
• Strong organizational skills, clinical judgment, and a compassionate communication style
