Job Details We are seeking a Litigation Associate with 4+ years of experience to join our Texas practice. This attorney will manage an active caseload and handle matters throughout all phases of litigation, working closely with clients, insureds, experts, and firm leadership. Responsibilities Draft pleadings and motions Conduct legal research Prepare and respond to discovery Take and defend depositions Attend hearings and mediations Coordinate with experts Assist with trial preparation and trial Qualifications Substantial experience in Texas state and federal courts Strong analytical and communication skills Ability to independently manage files in a fast-paced environment Experience in insurance defense, commercial litigation, transportation, construction, products liability, professional liability, or other complex civil litigation matters is highly desirable Equal Opportunity Employer Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
