Job Title: Complaints / Quality Engineer
Location: Plymouth, MN
Duration: 06+ Months Contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and investigate medical device complaints and product failures.
- Perform root cause analysis and support quality investigations.
- Support CAPA, NCEP, and Post-Market Surveillance activities.
- Analyze complaint trends and identify potential product issues.
- Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams.
- Maintain accurate investigation and quality documentation.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in the Medical Device industry.
- Experience in Complaints, Quality Engineering, Investigations, CAPA/NCEP, or Post-Market Surveillance.
- Technical, scientific, or engineering background preferred.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
