Registered Nurse- Clinic Charge Nurse

Sycuan Health Center is seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinic Charge Nurse to support high-quality patient care in our Medical Clinic. This role combines hands-on clinical care with leadership responsibilities, including coordinating daily patient flow, overseeing clinic operations, and supervising and mentoring clinical support staff. The ideal candidate is a California licensed RN who thrives in a collaborative, team-based environment and is comfortable balancing patient care with operational and supervisory duties. Key Highlights: Coordinate daily clinic workflow, triage, and nurse visits Provide direct patient care and assist with exams and procedures Supervise and support clinical support staff, including scheduling, competencies, and timekeeping Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, safety standards, and quality controls Serve as acting supervisor when providers are not on site Requirements: Active California Registered Nurse license Current CPR certification Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and communication skills Medical clinic experience preferred; Tribal Health experience a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Sycuan Tribal Government
