Mobile Crisis Peer Support Specialist

Friend Health - HRDI is seeking a Peer Support Specialist to provide mobile, community-based outreach and non-clinical peer support using recovery-oriented principles. The role targets individuals in behavioral health crises, post-overdose, or at risk of care disruption, offering linkage to behavioral health, medical, and community resources.
